* Clean & Simple layout *
I made a clean and simple layout of a photo I took today. It was a beautiful warm day (but enough wind to make it nice you know, not too stiffling or hot) and I used a mask and wordart from suddenly Artistic. I really love the outcome.

* Week 24 in Project Life *
I just finished week 24 of Project Life and yes I am still keeping up. That is with the weekly pages. I have still 5 more extra week pages on my to do list. I wonder if I ever get around to finishing them up? Who knows. But for now, I am happy that we are almost half year after I started this and I am still carrying my camera around everywhere to take photo's. I don't mind using a picture from the Internet as I did with this page. As long as it concerns something I am reading or watching, or something like that.
Supplies used for this page: write on tab from Misty Cato, Kit by Melissa Bennett Chemical Reaction & template by Yin Designs.

* extra page to project life*
Yesterday I had the worst stomach flue ever. I have had it in the past but never as worse as it was and is still now. I never could imagine you couldn't go to work. Guess what, Now i can.
It is horrible! Couldn't eat, couldn't drink (that's the worst part) Stomach pains & cramps. Lying in bed all day. Doing nothing.
Well I think/hope that the worst part is over now. I am trying to drink some water. The first 2 sips went totally wrong, but it seems to be doing a bit better now. Currently nibbling on a rusk now. I do hope I can at least do some digi scrapping today or some reading & hoping it will all be over soon :)
Anyway, I am still keeping up with Project life even though I have been struggling at times. I have been a bad blogger with my layouts though. I cannot promise to change that anytime soon, cause I am very busy besides work with all my "side" projects.
However, here is one more extra page I did for last week. It wasn't an easy task to find papers and embies to fit with this page; I ended up using 2 kits of Eva Kipler Little moments & Best day ever & climp me. And some of Kristin Cronin Barrow's Sweet Escape & brushed up text from misty cato, all from Sweet Shoppe Designs.

* Project Life Week 01 *
Yes, second post of today. Again a new digi layout. This time for Project Life. I managed the first week of 2011 with a photo a day! Yeah! Never thought it would possible, I am proud of me.I took photo's of the "daily" stuff. Nothing really special though. I used Zoe Pearn Winter Wishes and some out of the latest kit of Kristin Cronin-Barrow Sweet Escape and again a template of Simply Yin.
The weekend is over, got to get back to work tomorrow.

* First layout of 2011 *
I am planning on taking a photo each day. That's my first goal for 2011. However, I am not calling it project 365 but project life. So I am "safe" if I don't succeede in getting a photo a day. (I made a December Daily last month for the first time and it was a daily struggle to get a photo, but I managed and kept up and my album is waiting to be printed, YEAH!!! But doing this the whole year, is quite another challenge. But I am aiming for it so let's see how it goes.
This is my first layout made for this album. I used Zoe Pearn's Winter Wishes, Masks from Eva Kipler and a template of Yin. (I don't remember where I got the digi date stamp from)
So keeping my fingers crossed that I will keep up the good work :)

* It's Freebie Friday *
Since we are having such cold and snowy weather (or at least we did at the time I made it), I decided to make a digi that would fit the season.
Don't look at how the picture looks here, it real it is straight and in proportion. Have fun scrapping and please leave me a comment (or show the card you created with the stamp, would love to see that.)

* brrr.... it's cold outside *
I was planning on writing this blogpost last Sunday, but I hadn't had the time, I was only able to upload the photo's and thought I would write it the next day. It never happened. I was busy this week and not feeling too well - looks like I will have the flue again this winter. And besides that the room were the pc is, is extremely cold this time of year with -8 degrees since there is no central heating.
Anyway this weekend it was snowing, the first snow of this winter. I took these shots at Saturday when there wasn't too much snow yet, but it was freezing cold with -8 or something like that. The landscape was lovely.
I also received after some long waiting my parcel from Creatief Scrapwork: some nice flowers from Kaiserkraft. I *adore* these. Specially the pink ones since I seem to be having lots of papers with pink in them.
And I got some stuff from Scrapbookdepot; some nice Studio G x mas stamps. I love those tiny little stamps, so easy to use on cards and tags, letterstickers, some bling, some more flowers and glue dots.

This one is my fav and it is proudly placed as wallpaper. Don't you love Benji?
