* Project Life Week 3 Extra Layout *

I took many photo's of the roses I bought and had not used them to make a layout for the project life. Until now. I love how the colors look, sweet pink and soft green. Just right for the Kit from ScrapKitchen designs le Jardin. And I also used some elements from Melissa Bennett What about love. I used the krafttitle from Shawna Clingerman, templates from Misty Cato and Yin Desins.

* New word art *

After such a long time and because I need some Valentine sayings for some cards, I thought it was high time to make some new ones of myself. I will admit it is not very original :), but I think it's ok. I will try to make some more on short notice, but cannot promise :)
Hope you like it. Click on the image, to download.

* Project Life Week 04 *

This week I had so many photo's it was rather difficult to pick those out, I wanted to use :)
Again I used Winter Wishes from Zoe Pearn and Sweet Escape from Kristin Cronin-Barrow. The template is from Yin Designs, the border is from Misty Cato.

* new blog design *

It was about time that I change the look of my blog. The old hearder and background is almost a year old (OOPSIE!) I took some nice shots for Project Life of a sunset some days ago and I thought it would be a great header in combination of the newly bought Kit of Eva Kipler Forever. I like the lovely colors very much.

I am not feeling too well, even worse than yesterday, so it will be a slow day for me again. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow because I have to go back to work than.

* Project Life week 03 *

Didn't feel so good this weekend, so took it easy and did some scrapping and watching some TV and yesterday afternoon I watched Eclipse and didn't feel like finishing the layout of week 3. But here it is :) I used a template from Yin Designs and used Winter wishes from Zoe Pearn and Sweet Escape frim Kristin Cronin-Barrow. No matter how much I love these kits, I am looking forward to using different papers for the weeks coming up in February. I think something with a Valentine's theme would be nice. I bought J'Adore from Kristin Cronin-Barrow last Saturday but I also have some other nice kits, so I have not made up my mind yet.

I also bought the Kit Brighter Days Ahead at Sweet Shoppe Designs, because I wanted to support one of my favorite designers Zoe Pearn, who lost her home during the floods in Australia. Please go check it out here. The kit costs USD 10.00 and all of the money will go to Zoe.

* Project Life Week 3 Extra page *

Another week has passed and I am proud to say I did take a shot every day :). I just finished an extra page of all the macro photo's I took of the signs of winter. I really like the page. I used a template of Yin Designs and Winter Wishes of Zoe Pearn and Sweet Escrape from Kristin-Cronin-Barrow.

Enjoy the rest of the sunday, I am planning on making a cake this afternoon and watching Eclipse.

* Project Life Week 02 *

I still cannot decide on the last photo to use, but I need to finalize it now, so I added one. If I decide to change it later, I can always arrange that. That's one of the biggest advantages of making digital layouts :)
Even though it was difficult making photo's each day, I find I always struggle for some days to choose which ones to use, specially during the weekend when I have so much more photo's than during the work week. Enjoy the rest of the week. I am off to make an ovendish.

* Project Life Week 2 extra *

I still have to finish the weekly layout of this week. But I still do not have the photo of today I want to use, so I focused on finishing an extra layout for Project Life. This week I went to work a little later and was able to see a beautiful sunrise. Of course I took some shots (I am so happy with my small camera Canon IXUS80IS, which is so easy to cary around and take quick photo's) and I used them for this layout. I used Le Jardin, a new kit over at Sweet Shoppe Designs, from ScrapKitchen Designs and Misty Cato, some kraft letters from Shawna Clingerman, cream Alpha from Zoe Pearn Winter Wishes and a template from Yin.

* Project Life Week 01 *

Yes, second post of today. Again a new digi layout. This time for Project Life. I managed the first week of 2011 with a photo a day! Yeah! Never thought it would possible, I am proud of me.
I took photo's of the "daily" stuff. Nothing really special though. I used Zoe Pearn Winter Wishes and some out of the latest kit of Kristin Cronin-Barrow Sweet Escape and again a template of Simply Yin.

The weekend is over, got to get back to work tomorrow.

* Living Statues *

I entered the color challenge over at the DSO forum. Lovely color pallette and there were already so many lovely kits made with the given colors. I used several of those to make this layout.

* week 52 of project life 2011 *

Even though it's officially still week 52 of 2010, I have decided to do a layout of 1 and 2 january and use it for the project life 2011. I just loved the photo's too much not to use them :)
I used Winter Wishes from Zoe Pearn, Eva Kipler forecast flurries, and a template from Simply Yin.

I managed to get a photo each day of the last week, but it was a struggle. I am not sure if I am able to keep it up. Well, I will continue and see how it goes. I am having also a lot of fun with this project.

* First layout of 2011 *

I am planning on taking a photo each day. That's my first goal for 2011. However, I am not calling it project 365 but project life. So I am "safe" if I don't succeede in getting a photo a day. (I made a December Daily last month for the first time and it was a daily struggle to get a photo, but I managed and kept up and my album is waiting to be printed, YEAH!!! But doing this the whole year, is quite another challenge. But I am aiming for it so let's see how it goes.
This is my first layout made for this album. I used Zoe Pearn's Winter Wishes, Masks from Eva Kipler and a template of Yin. (I don't remember where I got the digi date stamp from) So keeping my fingers crossed that I will keep up the good work :)
